What RankAI does

  • Researches search terms from your business details, competitors, and Search Console data.
  • Groups related terms and schedules one article per topic in Keywords & Content.
  • Shows created articles under Ready and future topics under Upcoming.

Your options

  • Add a focus topic: click Add Keyword, choose Add Focus Topic, enter a topic your customers ask about, and click Add Topic. RankAI researches related keywords for it.
  • Pick keywords yourself: use Manual Keyword Research to search and select individual keywords.
  • Remove a topic: select its row in Upcoming and click Remove.
  • Preview an article: click View on any row in Ready.

Avoid these mistakes

  • Chasing volume. A smaller, highly relevant topic often brings better customers than a broad, popular one. Search volume is an estimate, not promised traffic.
  • Fixing topics one by one. If many topics feel off, update your business and audience details instead; RankAI uses them for every future topic.
  • Removing published topics casually. Removing a keyword that already has a published article can also unpublish that article. Read the confirmation first.

What to expect

  • Your Upcoming list changes over time as RankAI researches new topics.
  • A scheduled topic isn’t live yet. It goes live when its article is published.
