# Start working with us

> The information and access your RankAI team needs to start, and what happens in your first weeks.

Once you've agreed your scope on a call, your team needs a few things from you to start. Send them together to save a round of back-and-forth.

## What we need from you

**About your business**

* [ ] Your website address.
* [ ] What you sell, who buys it, and where you operate.
* [ ] Your main competitors.
* [ ] Brand voice or style guidelines.
* [ ] Proof you're happy for us to use, such as reviews, case studies, or credentials.
* [ ] Topics or claims to avoid, and anything that needs expert review.

**Access**

* [ ] Your CMS. Follow the [guide for your platform](/integrations/overview) or ask your strategist to walk you through it.
* [ ] Your Google Search Console property. See the [Search Console guide](/integrations/google-search-console).

**How we'll work**

* [ ] Who on your side approves drafts and website changes.
* [ ] The customer actions that matter most, such as bookings, calls, or enquiries.
