# Review and approve

> Decide what your RankAI team can publish on its own and what needs your sign-off.

Agree early on what your team can do on its own and what needs your approval. Clear rules keep work moving without surprises on your website.

## Agree these with your strategist

| Question | Common choices |
| - | - |
| Who approves on your side? | One named person, with a backup when they're away. |
| Do new articles need your approval? | Approve every article, approve only the first few, or let the team publish and review after. |
| Which changes always need sign-off? | Changes to key pages, pricing or legal claims, and anything touching site design or DNS. |
| What needs expert review? | Medical, legal, financial, or other specialist claims. |

## Give feedback

* Be specific: point to the sentence or page and say what's wrong.
* Share facts we can reuse, not just corrections, so the same issue doesn't come back.
* Use your dedicated Slack channel for anything urgent, such as a wrong fact on a live page.
